The Owl Prowl

FRIDAY — 6:30pm - 8:30pm

** Admission is FREE but a non-perishable food or personal care item donation for Be Concerned would be greatly appreciated.**

On Friday, October 27, at Middleton-Mills Park, Kenton County Parks and Recreation asks do you ever wonder what predatory birds come out after dark right here in Northern Kentucky?

Join Kenton County Parks & Recreation for “Owl Prowl”, an interactive, after-dark program about owls that make Northern Kentucky their home. Dr. Tom Sproat from Critters in the Classroom will be leading the program on October 27 from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at Middleton-Mills Park in Shelterhouse 2.

The program will explain how owls hunt and help maintain a healthy ecosystem. In addition to the educational program featuring live owls, guests will also go 'prowling' for owls that may use the park for their hunting grounds. Those attending should dress for a short trail hike.

Middleton-Mills Park is located at 3415 Mills Road, in Covington, KY 41015. Shelterhouse 2.
